SHIPPING:
Damaged, missing or stolen property should be reported to the carrying service. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle claims.
Shipping will be added and calculated upon checkout.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to ship. I am one person with a day job.
LAYAWAY PLANS:
I am always open to setting up payment plans for collectors.
If you would like to place an item on layaway, please email and how long you think it will take to pay off the item.
Multiple items are allowed to be on layaway at one time.
A 10% down payment might be required depending on the price of the item.
If you Default on your layaway plan, a refund will not be issued. If I don’t hear from you on why you didn’t send a payment, after 30 days I will relist the item(s).
I am very flexible when it comes to payments, every week, bi-weekly or once month payments are acceptable.
RETURNS:
Returns are not accepted.
If an item does require a return the buyer has 48 hours to contact me and explain why the item needs to be returned and we will proceed from there.
Buyer’s remorse is not a reason for a return.
HOLDS:
If you would like to reserve an item, please contact me first.
Item(s) can be held up to 30 days.
If I don’t receive a payment within 7 days of the agreed upon payment date, I will relist the item.
PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal Friends and Family, Zelle, Western Union, all major credit cards and checks.
If you pay by check, I will ship your item(s) once the check arrives and clears.
SELLING:
If you have an item(s) you are interested in selling, please contact me. I have vast knowledge of ribbon bars, medals, medal bars, decorations and orders. I tend to stick with awards and medals as much as I can. I am always looking to add items to my personal collection or store. I am open to buying other non-award items too. Please don’t hesitate to send me what you want to sell and let’s make a deal!
TRADES:
Trades are always welcome.
If you have an item(s) you are looking to trade, please contact me and send detailed pictures.
If we agree on a trade, once I receive the item(s) I will then ship your item(s)
If your item doesn’t cover the total, it is the buyer’s responsibility to send the rest of the existing total.
Consignment:
If you have an item you want to sell, I offer commission.
I only charge a 12% commission on the final sale price of your item(s)
You reserve the right to pull your item(s) at any time.
The seller must pay shipping costs to send or remove their item(s)
When you send me your item, you chose the price and there is no sale deadline. I will keep your item till it either sells, or you remove it.
When you send me your item(s) you will get a professional photo shoot and description. After this process is finished it will be listed for sale.
